What was the highlight of Hotel Laonzena
Enjoyable, good location near my favourite yellow line.
The location was great. All the facilities in the hotel are wonderful too. Lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Close to public transport. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Dining room lady on at breakfast was the standout for me ️️ The complimentary breakfast was an added bonus and it was in a beautiful room and had a vast array of korean and traditional options. Views are stunning. Gym is huge. The pool was a surprise. The cafes and restaurants on site are always handy for traveller's. The robes and the bath were great
The rooms are dated and a bit musty smelling. They are a great size and have all you need. Could just do with a wee makeover. The common areas of hotel are grand and luxurious. The rooms look like you've been transported somewhere a little less.

Great hotel, needs more outlets.
I liked how easy it was to park. Not all hotels have nice wide parking lots like this one. Checkin was also suitably simple and quick, the rooms were clean and comfy, and breakfast was plenty.
I didn't like the relative lack of outlets and if I turned out the lights, one entire wall of outlets stopped working.

What was the highlight of Hotel Laonzena
Would not recommend staying here. Too many problems and not quality enough.
They had nice robes
1) They couldn’t find my reservation and made me wait a while without telling me what the problem was 2) They made me come back to front desk on Day 2 to confirm the date I was checking-out. It was the same on the booking and I told them multiple times I wasn’t checking out on a different day 3) Parking was packed on certain nights due to events 4) Shower did not drain properly and it overflowed into the bathroom 5) They shut off the A/C every day at 0200 AM and you could not turn it back on until 0600 AM. 6) The laundry was expensive and they tried to get us to accept it a day late - after our check out
